Job summary

About the Role

This role focuses on managing client relationships, coordinating service delivery activities, overseeing SLAs, Reporting and ensuring that contracted services are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with agreed standards.

What You'll Bring

• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, client solutions, and managed services
• Working knowledge of Dell, HP/E, Huawei, VMware, Veeam, and Nutanix service environments
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting capabilities
• Sound understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management
• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in service delivery or service management within the ICT sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operational Management, or a related field
