• Plan and maintain service schedules and technician allocations.

• Ensure service documentation is completed and processed.

Description du poste

• Coordinate and control daily workshop service operations, scheduling vehicles and/or equipment for service.
• Act as the primary point of contact for service-related enquiries, ensuring professional customer communication and accurate service information.
• Plan and maintain service schedules, technician allocations and resource availability in collaboration with workshop management.
• Monitor workflow progress, service turnaround times and communicate updates to customers.
• Ensure all service documentation (job cards, authorisations and invoices) is accurately completed, approved and processed.
• Capture, verify and maintain service-related data, records and reports.
• Coordinate invoicing and ensure payment or authorisation is received prior to the release of vehicles and/or equipment.
• Monitor parts, stock and consumables and coordinate purchase requisitions to prevent service delays.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly service reports, operational summaries and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements and service controls.
