Job summary

• Plan, forecast and manage stock requirements.
• Assist with gathering and preparing information for monthly billing.
• Generate customer quotes and invoices.
• Handle ad hoc sales to customers.
• Organise and maintain accurate office and service records.
• Maintain professional, long-term working relationships with customers.
• Provide reliable administrative support within the Service Department.

Take ownership of service coordination within a small, customer-focused office-automation after-sales business. This varied role offers exposure to service calls, stock management, billing support, customer relationships and general service administration.

Minimum Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12


• Valid driver’s license as you may be required to attend clients site on occasion


• Basic bookkeeping skills and strong numerical ability


• Experience using Sage Accounting or a similar accounting package

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
