Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• 3+ years in administrative or service centre experience.
• Experience with FileMaker and GSX, or similar ERP/CRM systems, would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient support to customers throughout the repair process.
• Respond to customer queries and provide updates.
• Coordinate courier collections and follow up on outstanding collections.
• Capture and maintain repair and collection information on relevant systems.
• Receive devices into the Service Centre and inspect parcels for damage or discrepancies.
• Ensure devices are booked into the system and allocated for repair.
• Verify serial numbers, waybills, and documentation.
• Prepare repaired devices for dispatch or customer collection.
• Complete shipping documents and dispatch information accurately.
• Package devices securely prior to dispatch.
• Process invoices and ensure payments have cleared before release.
• Complete daily banking and reconciliation tasks.
• Send customers updates on payment, collection and repair status.
• Maintain filing and administrative records.
• Monitor stationery and packaging requirements.
