Job summary

Business Capital Group is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to join our Auto Centre in Pretoria. Represent the centre at reception, greet customers, and book vehicles for repairs and servicing.

You will answer questions about service outcomes, schedule appointments, assist with parts sourcing and quotes, and provide updates on progress. Build strong relationships with fleet clients and handle complaints to resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role (at least 2 years).
• Multi-brand workshop experience essential.
