Job summary

Mototeam (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng's East Rand is seeking an experienced Senior Workshop Foreman to lead and oversee the service workshop, ensuring servicing and repairs meet OEM standards and first-time right quality. You will manage technicians and apprentices, drive productivity and warranty processes, and maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving CSI targets.

Requirements include Grade 12, a recognised Red Seal trade test, 8+ years in a franchised dealership workshop, leadership

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Qualified Motor Mechanic with a recognised Trade Test (Red Seal).
• Minimum 8 years' experience in a franchised automotive dealership service workshop.
• Previous roles as Senior Foreman, Workshop Foreman, Assistant Workshop Manager, Workshop Manager or Senior Service Advisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the service workshop.
• Ensure servicing and repairs meet OEM standards and are completed correctly first time.
• Manage technicians, apprentices and workshop staff.
• Drive workshop productivity, labour sales and profitability.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI targets.
• Oversee warranty administration and workshop quality standards.
