Placements24 is seeking a Senior Well Operations Engineer to lead and execute complex well construction and intervention programs in the Benoni area. You will plan, prepare, and oversee drilling, completions, and interventions, ensuring safety and environmental standards are met while driving cost-effective results.

The role requires 6+ years in well operations engineering, strong well control and cementing knowledge, and proven rig supervision experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing all aspects of well operations, including drilling, completions, and interventions, while ensuring strict adherence to safety and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed well operation plans, including drilling programs, completion designs, and intervention strategies.
