Placements24 invites a Senior Well Intervention Engineer to lead and supervise complex well intervention projects in Randburg, Gauteng. You will plan workovers, completions and artificial lift installations, ensuring safety, efficiency and compliance across the well lifecycle.

The role requires 7+ years in oil and gas intervention, strong well control knowledge, leadership and stakeholder coordination across engineering teams and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years in well intervention, workover and completions.
• Strong knowledge of well control principles and lift systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise all well intervention operations (workovers, completions, P&A).
• Develop detailed intervention programs and contingency plans.
• Ensure safety regulations, policies and environmental standards are followed.
