Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years in well intervention, workover or completion engineering.
• Proven experience in planning and executing complex interventions.
• Strong understanding of wellbore mechanics and artificial lift.
• Familiarity with well integrity principles and assessment techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design well intervention programs, including scope of work and equipment selection.
• Supervise field operations, ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
• Analyze well data to identify production issues and integrity concerns.
• Develop solutions for plugging, formation damage, and lift issues.
• Manage projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resources.
• Prepare post-operation reports and make recommendations.
• Collaborate with production and reservoir engineers to optimize strategies.
• Evaluate new technologies and equipment for interventions.
