Placements24 in Sandton is seeking a highly skilled Well Integrity Engineer to ensure safe, reliable wells across their lifecycle. You will develop and implement robust well integrity management systems, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This critical Oil & Gas role collaborates with drilling, completions, and production teams, providing technical guidance and leading integrity testing, data analysis, and proactive risk mitigation for field operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in well integrity within Oil & Gas.
• Strong understanding of well construction, completions, and abandonment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Well Integrity Management Systems (WIMS).
• Plan and oversee well integrity testing, monitoring, and intervention programs.
• Analyze well data to assess wellbore condition and identify risks; recommend actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards for well integrity.
• Collaborate with drilling, completions, and production teams to address integrity issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance on well integrity to field operations and management.
