Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Well Integrity Management System (WIMS).
• Conduct risk assessments to identify failure modes and mitigation.
• Plan and oversee testing, monitoring and intervention activities.
• Analyze data to ensure wells remain safe and controlled.
• Provide expertise on well components, materials and installation.
• Investigate incidents and determine root causes with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with drilling, production and maintenance teams.
