Placements24 invites applications for a Lead Well Integrity Engineer to manage and enhance well integrity programs in Centurion, Gauteng. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop WIMS, and ensure lifecycle integrity from drilling to P&A.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in well integrity, strong knowledge of API/ISO standards, and proven leadership and communication skills to drive safety and reliability across all operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related field.
• 8+ years of experience in well integrity engineering across drilling, completions and production.
• Experience developing and implementing Well Integrity Management Systems (WIMS).
• Knowledge of wellbore construction, P&A techniques and materials science relevant to well integrity.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement and maintain the Well Integrity Management System (WIMS) in line with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct barrier testing, risk assessments and integrity reviews to identify threats.
• Develop and manage well integrity monitoring programs, including P&A strategies.
• Provide expert technical advice on downhole equipment, casing/cementing, and subsurface leakage.
