Enablesa is seeking a Well Integrity Engineer to join our asset management team in East London, South Africa. The role focuses on maintaining the long-term safety and reliability of production wells through robust integrity management systems, risk assessments, and oversight of inspection and maintenance programs.

You will collaborate with production and drilling engineers to address integrity issues, ensure compliance with industry standards, and contribute to asset safety and environmental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in well integrity engineering or closely related discipline within the oil & gas industry.
• Strong understanding of well construction, completion, and intervention technologies.
• Proficiency in well integrity software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement well integrity management plans and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and analyze well integrity data to identify potential failure modes and risks.
• Oversee the planning and execution of well integrity testing, monitoring, and repair operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements for well integrity.
• Collaborate with production and drilling engineers to address well integrity issues and implement corrective actions.
