Job summary

Qualifications

• Five to eight years in warehouse or distribution center ops.
• Minimum three years in supervisory or management role.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or FMCG is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, processing, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure efficient workflow across all warehouse functions to meet targets and delivery timelines.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Manage space utilization and layout to optimize capacity.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and align physical stock with systems.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with suppliers and internal teams.
• Lead safety culture, training and compliance across the team.
• Forecast demand and plan warehouse capacity with supply chain teams.
