Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin or related field preferred.
• 10+ years in warehouse management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience managing large, complex distribution centers.
• Expertise in WMS, automation, Lean/Six Sigma.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Robust financial management and budgeting skills.
• Proven ability to motivate high-performing teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in hybrid model and relocate to Stellenbosch.

Requirements
