Responsibilities

Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.
Implement and manage inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Develop and execute strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, throughput and space utilization.
Manage and develop a team of warehouse staff including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the warehouse facility.
Maintain and manage warehouse equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
