Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in VFX animation, with a strong focus on creating realistic and stylized effects.
• A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a wide range of high-quality VFX animation work, with a particular emphasis on natural phenomena and fantastical elements.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, 3ds Max, Blender) and VFX compositing software (e.g., Nuke, After Effects).
• Experience with particle systems, fluid dynamics simulations, and procedural generation tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, physics, and cinematography.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback effectively online.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior artists is highly desirable.
