You will be responsible for translating complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both user experience research and user interface design, coupled with a deep understanding of design principles and modern digital trends. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user needs and behaviours.
• Create user personas, user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance user engagement.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide across all digital products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.
• Present design concepts and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
