Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behaviours, needs, and motivations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.


• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.


• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.


• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.


• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.


• Strong understanding of web and mobile platform capabilities and limitations.


• Ability to effectively communicate and present design ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.


• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.


• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
