Collaborate with product managers and developers to maintain a cohesive design system, deliver high‑fidelity visuals, and present concepts with clear rationale.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
Strong portfolio of user research, wireframes, prototypes and visuals.
Proficient with Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD.
Experience with design systems and usability testing.
Excellent visual design skills and typography.

Responsibilities

About the Role Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join their growing product team. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our office in Benoni, Gauteng, ZA. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms, translating user needs into compelling visual designs and interactive prototypes. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, coupled with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes.
Develop high-fidelity visual designs and ensure consistency in branding and UI elements.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

Requirements
