Qualifications

• Master's degree in Transportation Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years progressive experience in transportation engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is required.
• Proficiency in transportation planning and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, VISSIM, SIDRA).
• Strong understanding of traffic engineering principles, highway design standards, and urban planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of transportation projects, including roads, highways, intersections, and public transit systems.
• Conduct traffic studies, capacity analysis, and network modeling to inform design decisions.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders to build consensus and address concerns.
