You will leverage advanced route optimization tools and TMS, collaborate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure compliance with regulations and contracts while driving cost efficiencies and service improvements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in transport planning or logistics management, with a focus on strategic planning.
• Expert-level proficiency with sophisticated route planning software and TMS platforms.
• Deep understanding of logistics network design, transportation modes, and global supply chain dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience mentoring professional teams, preferably in a remote context.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex transportation plans, optimizing routes, schedules, and load consolidation.
• Mentor and guide junior transport planners, fostering skill development.
• Analyze transportation network performance, identifying opportunities for significant cost savings and service improvements.
