Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in route planning, dispatching, or logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimized delivery routes for a national fleet using routing software.
• Manage daily dispatch operations, assigning tasks to drivers and monitoring progress remotely.
• Analyze logistical data to identify efficiency and cost improvements.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customer service via digital channels.
• Identify and resolve potential disruptions and delays.
• Maintain digital records of routes, schedules, and dispatch activities.
