Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives in a fully remote setup within South Africa. You will drive ideation, planning, and execution for impactful solutions while coordinating distributed teams across time zones to align with the company's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project management, strong experience with Agile methodologies, and proficiency in Jira/Asana/Trello. PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management, with digital transformation experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fully remote setting.
• Expertise in Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proficiency with Jira/Asana/Trello tools
• Excellent remote communication and stakeholder management
• Distributed team collaboration experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for digital transformations from ideation to post-launch support.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, resource allocation, and monitor progress.
• Foster communication among globally distributed teams and vendors via virtual channels.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Conduct virtual reviews and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement
