Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Management Consultant specializing in Transformation to guide clients through major organizational changes. This remote-first role focuses on strategic realignments, complex transformations, and advising on best practices for managing change across South Africa.

You will lead large transformation programs, run workshops, mentor junior consultants, and work with distributed teams to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on organizational transformation.
• Proven success leading complex change initiatives across diverse organizational settings.
• Strong understanding of change management frameworks, project management, and strategic planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in virtual collaboration and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of large-scale business transformation programs for clients.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and develop comprehensive change management strategies.
• Provide expert advice on strategic planning, organizational design, and process re-engineering.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to build alignment and secure buy-in for transformation initiatives.
• Develop robust business cases and measure the impact of transformation efforts.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the firm's transformation capabilities.
