• Expertise in strategic change, transformation, project delivery and risk management.
• Knowledge of agile governance, KPIs, and risk management.
• Experience in digital and operational model transformation and partnerships.
• Ability to plan transformation roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in customer insights and data-driven decision making.
• Experience shaping growth, operating frameworks and ROI assessments.
• Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.
