Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a proven track record of leading complex transformation programs.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep expertise in at least one core consulting area (e.g., Strategy, Operations, Finance, Technology).
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with clients in the Eastern Cape or similar regional markets is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing office-based and remote collaboration.
