• At least 5 years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and developing unique training courses and programs.
• Speak with department heads to determine training needs.
• Oversee all employee training programs, including administrative, technical, mandatory training, talent management, leadership development, and learnerships.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and align with business units on staffing, resources and program improvements.
• Identify and implement improvements in HR training tools and methods.
