• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a thermal specialization.
• At least 7 years of thermal engineering and heat transfer experience.
• Proficiency in CFD and thermal analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative thermal management solutions, including heat sinks, cooling systems, and thermal interfaces.
• Perform detailed thermal analysis and simulations using CFD tools to predict thermal performance.
• Create detailed thermal models, specifications, and test plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware and product engineers, to integrate thermal solutions effectively.
• Conduct thermal testing and validation, analyze results, and propose design improvements.
• Stay abreast of emerging thermal management technologies and best practices.
