Qualifications

• Finance, accounting or related degree required.
• 5+ years in high-volume billing or finance environment.
• Experience providing senior-level guidance or supervision within a billing team.
• Strong experience with billing reconciliations and large datasets.
• Proven ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and lookup functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group's billing function, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Perform detailed reconciliations between supplier, customer, and internal records.
• Investigate variances and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Identify revenue leakage, incorrect or missed billing opportunities.
• Review pricing, VAT, discounts, credits, refunds, cancellations and collections.
• Cross-check supplier billing, commissions, annuities and rebates.
• Maintain supplier invoice summaries and rebate calculations.
• Monitor recurring billing and resolve unusual movements or inconsistencies.
• Provide guidance and support to the billing team and escalate where needed.
• Recommend improvements to billing processes, controls and procedures.
