Job summary

NTCSA is recruiting a facilities supervision lead to oversee maintenance across Megawatt Park (Sunninghill) and Simmerpan (Germiston). The role requires managing maintenance teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering on project controls while maintaining financial oversight.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in building maintenance, project coordination and contracts management, plus a relevant national diploma or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance planning and execution.
• NQF 6 qualification aligned with electrical/mechanical disciplines.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and statutory compliance is advantageous.

• Provide supervision and team leadership for the section.
• Execute facilities maintenance within a region.
• Provide financial control and governance for the section.
