Job summary

• Strong governance, reporting and maintenance planning.

• Develop project briefs, scopes and budgets for property-related projects.
• Coordinate refurbishment, energy, water and building-services projects.
• Lead the property service desk and monitor service levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
