Job summary

PTY is seeking a Senior Technical Scrum Master in Centurion for a 12-month contract with hybrid work (2–3 days in the office). The role requires deep technical delivery knowledge, guiding platform engineering, architecture and infrastructure teams to keep complex programmes on track.

You will lead ceremonies, remove blockers, manage dependencies, and drive delivery across APIs, digital platforms and enterprise foundations while coaching teams in Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner in complex technology environments.
• Strong understanding of software development and technical delivery.
• Experience with platform engineering, infrastructure, enterprise architecture or systems integration.
• Ability to manage dependencies, remove blockers and align multiple teams.
• Experience with developers, architects, vendors and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and modern software delivery tools (Git, CI/CD).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, problem-solving and Agile coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and help technical teams deliver predictable, quality outcomes.
• Work closely with platform engineering, architecture, infrastructure and software delivery teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, remove impediments and address delivery risks.
• Support delivery across digital platforms, systems integration, APIs and enterprise foundations.
• Collaborate with architects, technical specialists, vendors and stakeholders to stay aligned.
• Coach teams on Agile practices, continuous improvement and delivery discipline.
• Use Jira, Confluence and modern engineering tools to track progress and report delivery.
• Support programme governance, reporting and coordination across multiple workstreams.
