Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience, with 4+ years in technical/software projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall methods.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering; PMP or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including scope definition, requirements gathering, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between development teams, QA, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and business objectives.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures, ensuring projects remain financially viable.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and deployment best practices.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
