Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management for software development.
- Experience with Agile frameworks; Scrum Master certification a plus.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software architectures.
- Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle of software development projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Define scope, requirements, and deliverables with product owners and tech leads.
- Create detailed plans, schedules, budgets, and track milestones.
