Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain art pipelines, tools, and workflows to enhance art team efficiency and productivity.
• Optimize 3D assets, shaders, and materials for real-time rendering engines, ensuring performance and visual quality.
• Collaborate with programmers and designers to implement and troubleshoot art-related features and systems.
• Create shaders, materials, and visual effects, and provide technical guidance on asset creation best practices.
• Support the art team by solving technical issues and providing training on new tools and processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in the game development or VFX industry.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, MEL, or C#.
