Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technology implementation projects from scoping to post-launch support.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams of IT specialists, developers and business analysts.
• Mitigate risks and manage issues with contingency plans.
• Communicate with senior management and key business units with regular updates.
• Track progress against KPIs and ensure quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and contractual obligations.
• Drive change management for user adoption and post-implementation reviews.
