Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of technology implementation projects, from initial scoping and planning to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including IT specialists, developers, and business analysts.
• Manage project risks and issues, developing proactive mitigation and contingency plans.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT and technology implementation projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex software deployments, system integrations, or cloud migrations.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and network systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project budgets of R3 million or more.
