You will manage supplier relationships, implement advanced analytics, and drive efficiency and sustainability across the network.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 12+ years in supply chain and logistics with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Global supply chain management experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Expertise in inventory planning, demand forecasting, and network optimization.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS and analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy to support growth.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Implement advanced inventory management systems to optimize stock and costs.
• Optimize logistics networks and transportation strategies for speed and costs.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and identify bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and international trade laws.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and finance to align operations.
• Drive sustainability initiatives within operations.
