aston holmes is seeking a Senior Talent Partner – Risk and Compliance to join our delivery stream supporting a global financial services client. You will own end-to-end recruitment for Risk and Compliance, partnering with US stakeholders to deliver top talent.

Based in Johannesburg or Cape Town, you will work in a hybrid model across international markets, shaping hiring strategies and driving fast, high-quality delivery in a high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in large corporates or complex matrices.
• Experience recruiting within Risk and Compliance is essential.
• Proven track record hiring for Director-level roles in financial services.
• Strong exposure to international markets and cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Hands-on sourcing using outbound methods, data, and insights.
• Commercial, confident communicator who influences stakeholders.
• Interest in AI and recruitment tech to improve delivery.
• Experience in structured, fast-paced environments where delivery and quality matter.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Risk and Compliance roles.
• Partner with US stakeholders to shape hiring strategies.
• Build targeted sourcing plans using outbound search and AI tools.
• Translate role requirements into compelling briefs for a competitive market.
• Run structured, high-velocity hiring processes.
• Represent aston holmes as brand ambassador with credibility.
