Aston Holmes is seeking a Senior Talent Partner – Risk and Compliance to lead end-to-end recruitment for critical Risk and Compliance roles for a global financial services client. You will partner with US stakeholders, shape hiring strategies, and drive fast, high-quality delivery across international markets while maintaining strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in financial services or large corporates.
• Experience recruiting within Risk and Compliance is essential.
• Proven track record hiring for Director-level roles in financial services or similar environments.
• Strong exposure to international markets and time-zone flexibility.
• Commercial, confident communicator capable of influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Risk and Compliance roles from briefing to offer.
• Partner with US stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and solve complex delivery challenges.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing plans using outbound search and market intelligence.
• Translate role requirements into compelling briefs that land in a competitive market.
• Run structured, high-velocity hiring processes balancing speed with candidate experience.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the client and Aston Holmes with credibility and consistency.
• Manage offers with precision across multiple decision-makers and timelines.
