Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of client assignments, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments, evaluating skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong track record of success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex recruitment projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• A solid understanding of the South African job market and recruitment best practices.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential with extensive experience.
