Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in supply chain optimization, logistics, or industrial engineering roles.
• Proven experience in analyzing and improving supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python).
• Familiarity with supply chain planning software and ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current supply chain processes, including inventory management, logistics, warehousing and distribution, to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
• Utilize data analysis and modeling tools to forecast demand, manage inventory, and improve network design.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure seamless flow of goods and information.
• Identify and implement best practices in supply chain management, including lean principles.
• Develop and track KPIs for supply chain operations.
• Lead projects focused on improving supply chain performance, such as WMS implementations or optimizing transport routes.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements in supply chain management.
