Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 10 years in subsea production systems engineering, with significant leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of subsea hardware design principles, materials, manufacturing, and testing.
• Proven experience in flow assurance analysis and relevant software tools.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and offshore lifecycle.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual design, FEED, and detailed engineering of subsea production systems (wellheads, trees, manifolds, pipelines, controls).
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and client specs throughout the lifecycle.
• Mentor a team of subsea engineers and foster high-performance culture.
• Perform complex flow assurance studies (hydrates, wax, erosion).
• Develop and execute testing/commissioning plans for subsea equipment.
• Coordinate with fabrication yards, installation contractors, and clients to ensure seamless delivery.
