Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will lead design and analysis of complex structural systems for major civil projects, ensuring safety and efficiency while coordinating with a distributed group of professionals.

The role requires a Master's in Structural/Civil Engineering, 7+ years of experience, and expertise with SAP2000, ETABS, RAM, and BIM tools. You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to high-profile, sustainable infrastructure

Qualifications

Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
7+ years of experience in structural design and analysis.
Expertise with SAP2000, ETABS, RAM Structural System.
Knowledge of national building codes and design standards.
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams remotely.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design and analysis of complex structural systems for projects, including high-rise buildings, bridges, and industrial facilities.
Develop detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculations in line with codes and standards.
Perform advanced structural modeling and simulations to assess performance under various loads.
Review and approve designs prepared by others, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and stakeholders remotely to integrate designs.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
