Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with structural focus.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• Pr.Eng. registration with ECSA.
• 10+ years in structural engineering focused on building design.
• Experience in concrete, steel and masonry structures.
• Proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, Prokon, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of seismic design principles and codes.
• Willingness to travel for site inspections in Randburg area and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for high-rise, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Perform advanced structural analyses and design load-bearing elements.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
