Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures.
• Professional registration with ECSA required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in structural engineering design.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD.
• Solid understanding of reinforced concrete and steel design principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for various building types, including commercial, residential, and industrial structures.
• Develop detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs during the construction phase.
• Collaborate with architects, mechanical/electrical engineers, and construction professionals to integrate structural designs.
• Conduct site visits for project verification and to address any structural issues that may arise.
