Job summary

Network Finance invites an experienced Stores & Inventory Manager for a leading mining conglomerate in the North West. You will own the stores function, manage stock levels, budgets and ensure materials are available to keep production moving.

You will lead a team, drive inventory improvements, enforce controls and partner with procurement to optimize stock accuracy in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years in a similar stores/inventory role.
• Mining industry experience is essential.
• Proven management and leadership experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage stores and inventory function.
• Control stock levels, consumables and inventory accuracy.
• Oversee purchasing, receiving and issuing of stock.
• Manage goods receipts and stock movements.
• Drive inventory planning and budget control.
• Monitor stock variances and improve inventory processes.
• Lead and develop the stores team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and inventory controls.
