Job summary

Minopex in Northern Cape seeks an experienced supply chain leader to plan, source, store and move materials for a remote mining site at Aggeneys. You will ensure safe, compliant, cost-effective logistics to sustain mining, processing, maintenance and site services.

You will drive procure-to-pay, manage stock accuracy, KPI reporting and continuous improvement across ERP systems, partnering with procurement, maintenance, engineering and SHEQ to optimise value and performance.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent NQF 4
• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Supply Chain/ related
• CIPS/SAPICS certification advantageous
• Valid South African driver’s licence

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and control end-to-end supply chain for mining operation
• Source goods and services at correct spec, price and lead time
• Manage procure-to-pay process from requisition to payment
• Establish and monitor KPIs (PO cycle time, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy)
• Drive continuous improvement in standardised processes and ERP usage
• Maintain stock accuracy and safe receiving/issuing of materials
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics to remote Northern Cape site
