Qualifications

• Accredited beauty therapy or spa diploma (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAALSA) required.
• Minimum 6 years as Spa Therapist.
• Proven expertise across spa treatments and modalities.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, aromatherapy, and body therapies.
• Excellent communication and client consultation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and exfoliations.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and health status.
• Develop and recommend personalized wellness plans, including treatment protocols and lifestyle advice.
• Educate clients on the benefits of different therapies and products.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation within treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Manage appointment scheduling and ensure efficient client flow throughout the spa.

• Strong knowledge of skincare, aromatherapy, and body therapies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client consultation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A calm and professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for wellness.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.
